ABOUT US
Gale Marine Surveys provides survey design support and program/field project management consulting for nearshore and offshore geophysical, hydrographic, geotechnical, and environmental investigations. We assist clients and third-party contractors with mobilization planning, equipment operation and acquisition support, data quality control, and end-to-end deliverables including processing, interpretation, and technical reporting. Our work is grounded in a safety-first culture, disciplined QA/QC, and clear communication—so stakeholders receive defensible results that support engineering, permitting, and construction decisions. Our 27’ survey platform, the Marlin Gale, is currently being rigged for full suite geophysical data acquisition and will be available in Q2 2026.

THE BOAT
The Marlin Gale is a North River Custom 27 Sounder built for the Department of Homeland Security with features such as a reenforced hull grounding plate, four shock wave g-force chairs, modular seating and workbench configurations, hull side (port) recovery door, overhead cabin windows, sliding entry door, fold-down radar mast for transport, and CA compliant outboards.
